| 1.
As you can see, all the equipment (hoses, machine, water, etc.)
is on the van. |
2.
Take as much hose as we need to do the job into the building.
We have over 1,000ft of hose, so distance is not a problem. |

| |
3.
Connect all the hoses together. Orange hose is vacuum.
4.
Connect blue hose for high-pressure steam. I chose bright orange
and blue for safety reasons. |

| 5.
Warm up and prime the machine. Set vacuum, pressure and steam
flow. |
6.
Vacuum under desks, where possible avoiding computer and electric
cables. |
| |
| |
7. Put chairs and bins on desks so we have a clear floor area.
8.
Machine scrub / shampoo the carpet, especially the main traffic
areas. Apply traffic lane detergent and deodoriser. |
| |
| |
| 9.
Steam and rinse thoroughly. |
10.
Machine scrub/shampoo again if needed. |
| |
| |
| 11.
Spot and stain removal. This is chewing-gum. |
12.
Spraying chewing-gum remover onto the area. |
| |
| |
| 13.
Scrub with a hard brush. |
14.
Steam rinse thoroughly two or three times. |
| |
| |
| 15.
The final result: clean carpet! |
16.
Front doorways and entrances get heavy traffic and are always
badly soiled, so we need to spend time on these areas. |

| |
| 17.
Leave turbo dryers overnight so carpets are dry for the morning,
not forgetting bright orange safety cones. |
18.
Extra dryers put around the offices. All dryers left on-site
have RCD power-breakers plugged in. |
